We miss your full console output, but i suppose that RTP UDP stream is
too voluminous, so your computer cannot transcode it in real time:
while you transcode a frame, you loose packets in UDP socket buffer,
thus decoding fails frequently. ffmpeg reports about encoding only 1.6
frames per second.
Try using more powerful server, or avoid transcoding media.
