From Mailman: "This description is used when the mailing list is listed
with other mailing lists, or in headers, and so forth. It should be as
succinct as you can get it, while still identifying what the list is."

It would be nice for users to be more aware of the value of providing
the command and console output, but I think your suggestion is too
verbose to be added as the description. However, I never did like the
"and RTFMs" so I removed that.

Instead I updated the info page (the link in the signature and where
users subscribe) to include our motto.
