[FFmpeg-user] Apple HTTP Live Streaming seeking incorrect - ticket #649

Hi Carl,

I tried seeking through the progress bar in the HTML5 player which plays my
HLS streams. So say for example if I try to seek to 0.15 min, my stream
goes back to 0.10 min which is the beginning of my stream and starts
playing from there. I have streams of 10s duration.
