FFMpeg has a powerful math expression evaluator:

You may want to use the "if()" and the "gt()" functions in your
expressions to fulfill your needs.

Not sure if using an expression as opacity in fontcolor will allow you
the fade out,
but the move off frame is feasible using expressions in x or y.
