[FFmpeg-user] -t option is ignored

Please understand there never has been a "stable" FFmpeg version 
(on the contrary, some release series, esp. 0.6, have been extremely 
"unstable"), we very strongly recommend to use current git head if 
you are not a distributor yourself.

If you absolutely need a release, please use 0.10.2 (atm).
