[FFmpeg-user] cannot compile ffmpeg

Hi, 
I have a problem with building latest ffmpeg source from git repository.
I tried with "$ ./configure --extra-cflags="-mno-cygwin -mms-bitfields" --extra-ldflags="-Wl,-add-stdcall-alias" --enable-shared --disable-ffserver --disable-ffplay" in msys console and it gives me some warnings about POSIX paths and an error "ERROR: MinGW runtime version must be >= 3.15.".
I have installed the latest MinGW from site.
Can you help me?
