[FFmpeg-user] ffmpeg on redhat, filters list blank

Here's the output of ./configure for ffmpeg that was grabbed from the DAG
repo. I noticed it didn't have libavfilter directory in the package, I
guess that's why it had no filters. If I grab ffmpeg from GIT and extract
it I see the libavfilter directory with all the filters, so if i copy that
directory into the DAG repo version and configure/make/install would it
pickup on those filters?
