Indeed the fps is 30fps for 320x240 and 15fps for 640x480. I have not reached to the point where I can see those messages.
Maybe providing more information like bitrates etc. should solve the problem but I haven't tried yet
Do you see delay/lag in case of 1 fps after video starts?
