[FFmpeg-user] sws_scale down scale produces incorrect video

Hi all

I use ffmpeg version 0.7-rc1.

The sws_scale down scale (full HD -> HD) produces incorrect video with vertical different colour lines.

But the upscale (HD->Full HD) produces video without any issue.

Was this a bug in ffmpeg which is already been fixed or am I making a mistake in my code?
