[FFmpeg-user] multiple definition of `_SDL_GetError'

After working through this bug: 
https://ffmpeg.org/trac/ffmpeg/ticket/282 I ran into this:

I'm not sure if this is related to the other bug or not.

The command:

Any ideas?
