[FFmpeg-user] Emulate IP web camera

Hi all,

It sounds basic for ffmpeg, but has anyone successfully emulated an IP web
camera using ffmpeg?
Example:   ffmpeg -i file.mov   -vcodec mpeg4 -an -s 176x144 -vcodec
rawvideo -f rtp rtp://127.0.0.1:5000/
I'm trying to use ffmpeg as an IP camera for Wirecast, and can't seem to get
it to work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
