A dumped stream has a start value "-1696.36".
Is there a parameter to start the video from zero? Otherwise
ffmpeg will create 1,656 empty seconds.

Thanks a lot

Command-line (file has 1MB):
ffmpeg -i http://doppelbauer.name/negative-dts.flv test.wmv
