[FFmpeg-user] keep all audio tracks when transcoding videos

Just to be more specific: I already know how to use "-newaudio"; the
problem is how to assign IDs to the new audio tracks (for DVDs, the IDs
seems to must be from 128 up; instead, FFMpeg asigns ID 128 to the first
audio track, and ID 0 to the second audio track).
