[FFmpeg-user] build failure on MacOS 10.5.8

Hi,

git head fails to build on MacOS 10.5.8 and --enable-shared:

LD      libavformat/libavformat.53.dylib
Undefined symbols:
  "_ff_httpproxy_protocol", referenced from:
      _ff_httpproxy_protocol$non_lazy_ptr in allformats.o
ld: symbol(s) not found
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [libavformat/libavformat.53.dylib] Error 1
