If you want only a fixed number of frames, you should use -vframes, and
drop the -r (as well as the useless -idct).

As said before, you try here to put dnxhd inside bmp, which obviously
won't work. Drop that -vcodec.
If autodetection doesn't work, put your -vcodec to apply to your input
file, so before -i
