[FFmpeg-user] Can FFMPEF convert the final frame of Flash movie with vector-based graphics into an image (PNG or JPG)

We are looking for a tool to convert a Flash movie (SWF) that is a mix of
vector-based graphics and images into an non-dynamic image file PNG or JPEG, on
Linux.

On Windows there are tools available, they apparently start the Flash Player via
VB6, run the movie and then take the image snapshot.

Is FFMPEG able to play a SWF movie like that?
