[FFmpeg-user] -vf pad and -aspect problem

avfilters, which is to use checkout.sh script that downloads ffmpeg version
from svn and compile it after checkout.

I think that dates back half a year ago when not all the filters was part of
the FFmpeg codebase. This is
no longer an issue, so all you need to do is to checkout from git and
compile...
