But they're not really capable of displaying interlaced video correctly
like a tube TV. They have to deinterlace in order to display it
correctly (as Andy Sheen said, this depends on other hardware in the
TV). They're still progressive displays, whether they have some way of
deinterlacing the source video before displaying it or not.
