AFAIK not for the above command. Search for the exact specs that 
QuickTime and Android need. BTW your command is not een mpegts but an 
mpegps stream. You'll have to specify -f mpegts to make it an mpegts 
format. I don't know if that will make THE difference though, to make 
them playable.
