[FFmpeg-user] Applying IEC 61937 packetization on AC3/EAC3 streams.

Hello,

I am trying to use the ffmpeg executable to apply IEC 61937 packetization
(generate SPDIF compatible compressed output) on AC3 and E-AC3 input
streams.
Please let me know what options I need to use for this.
