[FFmpeg-user] Help with mpeg2video encoder

Hi all

I am looking for someone who is familiar enough with ffenc_mpeg2video gstreamer
element.

I am having some problems with this element(it dosent output at CBR and
sometimes it peeks).

Is there anyone who is familiar enough with this element's source code and can
help me resolve this issue.
