No, it isn't the first time, so I will paraphrase the same response I gave  
before.

Much as I regret upsetting one of the most professional and qualified
members of this list, I'm not really in a position to stop you doing
anything you want - if you feel that's the best response, then you should  
go
ahead and do it.

You are certainly in no position to demand anything of me.
