[FFmpeg-user] Can I use FFmpeg.exe command line in my proprietary software

Hi FFMpeg Users,

 

1)      Is it allowed to use FFMpeg.exe (build with GPL enabled)command line
tool from proprietary software?

2)      Can I distribute this FFMpeg.exe command line tool with my
proprietary software? 

 

Please  provide answers to above two queries..
