And now with your file:-

ffmpeg -i paul.mov  -threads 0 \
-vf "movie=coachteamlogo.png [logo]; [in][logo] 
overlay=10:main_h-overlay_h-10 [out]" \
-vcodec dvvideo -s 720x576 -an -y out-paul.mov

and it still looks good.....
