[FFmpeg-user] audio sample size in MP4

Hi All,

In our video application, we need to make every audio sample (encoded in
AAC-LC) in MP4 having the same size. It seems like there are two possible
ways:
1). Configure the FAAC to output audio samples with identical size;
2). Pad each audio sample to the same size;
Which one is the better way and how can I do that with FAAC (FFMPEG complied
with FAAC)?
