[FFmpeg-user] ffmpeg rtp streaming functions..

Hi:

can someone point me about what ffmpeg functions I have to call from my 
program tomake a rtp streaming?, I have C samples showing functions for 
decode and encode frames, can I use something like that with some 
parameters for a rtp encoding or I need to call to other functions to?
