I have currently got the 0.5 branch installed. The feed file is no 
longer corrupting when the client connects and CPU seems to not jump to 
100% any more. However the stream still does not start in the client 
flash player. So the 0.5 branch is compared to the old version I had, 
still not working. Unfortunately I cannot remember what the date was 
that I pulled the last ffmpeg that worked, sorry for not paying 
attention :-( .

I have yet to try an asf stream with the 0.5 branch, once I have run 
through a full set of tests I will post to the list again with all the 
results.
