No, because I was unaware of this force option!!
Should I force it as an input option, or output?
-f mxf_d10 -i infile.mxf -vcodec copy -acodec copy outfile.mxf
or
-i infile.mxf -vcodec copy -acodec copy -f mxf_d10 outfile.mxf
