[Ffmpeg-user] codec frame rate differs from container frame rate

Hello,

Can someone offer a clue as to why this particular video stream cannot
be processed with ffmpeg or viewed with ffplay? ...............

Seems stream 0 codec frame rate differs from container frame rate: inf

I've sent out several requests for suggestions on what to try recently
but so far there have been no replies.

If someone knowledgeable in this could reply, I'd certainly appreciate
some insight as to what to try next.
