 I confirm that this is working fine with latest version of imagemagick.

 So I guess the problem is probably related to the various software
 versions I tried rather than being a problem with the encoder. I'll leave
 this ticket closed until there is an evidence that the problem is in the
 openjpeg FFmpeg encoder.
