Comment (by pross):

 The fast forward/rewind functionality in Windows Media Center is related
 to 'dvr_ms_vid_frame_rep_data' and/or 'DSATTRIB_PicSampleSeq' .wtv
 timeline chunks. These chunks have not been reverse engineered.
