 HI

 This is command which u suggested try with disable audio while conversion
 ffmpeg.exe -i "test_hb1200_7-3-13.mp4"  -an  -v debug -vcodec libx264
 -vprofile baseline -b 480k -y -vf scale=480:270 "test_hb1200_7-3-13-480.

 So please let me know what else we can do to get this issue resolved.

 I will appreciate all the help on this.
