The blur matters but it is actually not that important to me. The real
issue is that when I convert this .mov to an .flv (or .mp4 see command
above), the resulting video does not play correctly. The initial content
is shortened from 2.06 second to 0.06 second? I have tried different frame
rates still ffmpeg is unable to convert this movie correctly. Please run
...
ffmpeg -y -i 633.mov -vcodec flv \
-pix_fmt yuv420p \
-b:v 900k \
-an -r 15 -vf scale="426:320" test.flv
and check test.flv
