 It would be great if there was something on the Centos Compilation guide
 http://ffmpeg.org/trac/ffmpeg/wiki/CentosCompilationGuide

 up at the top that explains that this page is being kept up to date with
 current (or near current) library sources.

 So many of the compile instruction pages just put up what's current when
 they wrote it, and never update it.  So I figured I had to take your
 instructions, double-check versions before making files.  I eventually
 went to the timeline and saw it was just updated.  But many of us would
 love an extra kick upside the head!
