The following command reproduce it here:

ffmpeg -f lavfi -i aevalsrc="2*PI*400*t" -acodec libfaac -absf
aac_adtstoasc -f mpegts -y out.ts
}}}
Note that using -strict -2 -acodec aac it doesn't crash, without the
bitstream filter it doesn't crash.
