 Am I correct that you can also reproduce the issue with
 $ ffmpeg -i canon_avchs_ffmpeg.mts -ss 2 out.png
 ?
 (Problems should normally be reported against ffmpeg because ffplay
 depends on an external library that is known to contain bugs - this makes
 no difference in this case, but I want to make sure we have a ffmpeg-only
 test-case.)
