 First of all thanks for the reply, I confirm that -copyts -acodec copy
 works just fine, and fixes my particular problem.

 Still the problem stands when audio transcoding is required, from my
 analysis it looks like a problem in the ffmpeg.c code (decoded audio frame
 timestamp is ignored).
