Comment:

 The video contains two keyframes, one at the beginning, one after ten
 seconds. Both keyframes can be reached by seeking with both ffplay and
 ffmpeg (and mplayer -demuxer lavf).

 Please reopen if you believe that the current behaviour can be improved.
