 The ffmpeg documentation at http://www.ffmpeg.org/ffmpeg.html contains
 numerous examples of setting the bitrate using '-b', but no actual
 documentation for it.

 It still appears to work in recent builds, so probably the documentation
 for it should be brought back.  Otherwise, it should be dropped from the
 examples.
