 New version of FFMPEG is not finding libtheora. spent countless hours with
 this.

 VERSION: SVN-r26402


 root at dud [/usr/src/ffmpeg]# ./configure --enable-pthreads --enable-pic
 --enable-gpl --enable-version3 --enable-libmp3lame --enable-nonfree
 --enable-libopencore-amrnb --enable-libopencore-amrwb --enable-libvorbis
 --disable-mmx --enable-shared --enable-libxvid --enable-libx264 --enable-
 libfaac --enable-libtheora --arch=x86_64 --enable-postproc
 ERROR: libtheora not found

 If you think configure made a mistake, make sure you are using the latest
 version from SVN.  If the latest version fails, report the problem to the
 ffmpeg-user at mplayerhq.hu mailing list or IRC #ffmpeg on irc.freenode.net.
 Include the log file "config.log" produced by configure as this will help
 solving the problem.
