 -map_meta_data -1 -acodec aac -ab 128k -ac 2 -threads 3 -s 480x320
 -sws_flags bicubic+mmx2 -crf 22 -strict experimental video.mp4

 Output: www.bizzeh.com/files/video.mp4
 Tested with ffmpeg git-9f8f62d x86 static mingw32

 Using without the sws_flags and allowing sws to fall back to the C
 implementation gives a perfect output as expected
