 (issue 255)
 When decoding attached sample with ffmpeg/libavcodec, it shows red
 artefacts.
 The sample plays fine with mplayer -vc wmv9dmo

 ffmpeg -i hot-hand-350_20sec.wmv -qscale 5 out.avi
