[FFmpeg-soc] BSAC Decoder

Hi,

I want to do BSAC project.
As a qualification task,
I've already done by implementing the LTP profile which was committed last
month [1].
I think it was a appropriate task to be familiar with the AAC code.

I contacted the mentor, Alex Converse, via email and I got a positive
answer.
I'm leaving this message to avoid the duplicated work.
