does it make sense (just for PR purposes) to have some quality tests
(whatever you think is best to show how it improved) of the before vs.
after, so we can "market" the improvements to the broader public?
Either a blog post or an email to ffmpeg-devel should suffice.

It's a great way to show to the greater public how we're improving our encoders.
