Hi students and mentors,

please discuss with your mentor where appropriate. Google's "pencil's
down" date is approaching, so we're expecting most of you to be nearly
done with work, ready to submit for review so that it's all nice and
clean when SoC ends.

Also, please don't forget to submit your eval forms when they become available!

Hi there,
This is a friendly reminder that next week on 9 August is our soft
"pencils down" date when we suggest that students have completed their
projects and spend a week writing documentation and wrapping up their
projects. We require that students stop all coding by 16 August.
Monday, 16 August at 19:00UTC, also happens to be the day when final
evaluations open. Please consider this your reminder to submit your
final evaluation by 20 August at 19:00 UTC so that you don't delay
your students' final payments.
I have also updated the code submission guidelines [0] for the
students and posted a copy on the mentor's list for your reference. If
you have questions about how code submission works, please let me
know.
Finally, I will post the final evaluation questions to this list on
Monday, 16 August to allow you all a week to prepare. Please let me
know if you need the questions before that and I will make
arrangements for you.
