[FFmpeg-soc] vf_overlay with transparancy

Hi,

Since I needed vf_overlay to use luminance based transparancy I've written a small extension for the overlay filter to accomplish this.

Currently it only works for YUV based videos and takes two extra parameters: the minimum luminance for the overlay to show and a transparency value for the overlay when it is being shown.
