[FFmpeg-soc] Please help regarding IP Camera Recording in FLV

We have created a VC++ application to record streaming video signals from an IP Camera, using that Camera's SDK. SDK supports recording of video in ASF or TDS file types only. Our requirement is to record it in FLV format / H.264. We have checked in incoming video signal. The video encoding is HISI.

Can you please help us by providing any way to programatically (VC++) record this incoming video lively to FLV format, using FFmpeg ?
Is it possible using FFmpeg ?
