[FFmpeg-soc] Using gitorious

I'm evaluating gitorious to host the git tree for ffmpeg soc, right now 
it seems working fine but a detail: gitorious is quite web centric.

I have some barely hacked scripts on the lscube repos to get commits 
email, they are working till a point, I'd like to get some help figuring 
out which is the best way to address the issue:

- have an email sent every way we commit (even if those aren't pushed yet)
- use the atom feed to produce emails out of that

- send an email or a set of emails every push
