It could be done that way but I preferred to leave it in favour of the
function being as it is in the spec and not requiring later
modification. I can remove it though. I don't really mind. I just
thought it was nice to see that some of the leg work had been done
(sample rate stuff) when I started adding some of the SBR parsing.
