[FFmpeg-soc] [rfc] now rgb555 & rgb565 won't segfault

I got tables and an allocation tweak that made swscale-example not 
segfault with rgb565 (aka rgb16) and rgb555 (aka rgb15)
Now I will work to rgb8. Can someone test if this for now works?
